Returns & Refunds
At Scent Atelier, our artisanal scented products are carefully crafted by our Scent Designers, and specially curated in small batches with love and care. As quality control is performed meticulously to ensure the quality and accuracy of every order, we are unable to process returns and refunds after your purchase. However, there are certain circumstances where you may be eligible for a return, refund or exchange. If your item is eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, you will be notified with an email approval detailing the instructions to proceed.
Exchanges
We do have a 7-day return & exchange policy, where within 7 days of receiving your order, you may request a return & exchange if:- your item is defective or damaged due to our error; or
- you have received an incorrect order.
Hence, please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately at scentatelier8@gmail.com if you encounter any issues. We will be in touch with you shortly with the instructions to proceed, where applicable.
Circumstances where a Return, Refund, or Exchange will not be granted
- Any item not in its original condition, shows signs of use, has missing components, and/or is damaged, for reasons not within our control or due to our error.
- All purchases made at any of our physical stores, including any pop-up stores, booths, and/or stockist, are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- No return, refund or exchange will be accepted after the 7-day return & exchange policy.
- Discounted items and/or items bought on sale are strictly not refundable.
Booking & Rescheduling Policy (applicable to workshop services only)
Booking & Confirmation:

All payments made for the booking of our workshop services are considered final and non-refundable.

Upon confirmation, you will be notified of your finalised booking details.

If you are unable to make a booking or find a suitable date and/or time for our workshop services, please contact us directly (see contact information below). We will be happy to assist you in finding a more desirable session, or discuss further options that may better suit your schedule and requirements.

Failure to attend your booked service on the scheduled date and time without prior agreed or approved rescheduling arrangements will result in the full forfeiture of your payment. In this case, no further rescheduling options, refunds or compensation will be provided.

We greatly value our encounter with you and hope for you to enjoy your time with us to the fullest. Hence, please arrive on your scheduled date on time, or your experience may be shortened or compromised.

For lateness beyond 30 minutes without any prior communication, we reserve the right to mark the booking as a “no-show”, resulting in the full forfeiture of your payment with no further rescheduling options, refunds or compensation.
Rescheduling:

Once payment has been made for the booking, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

However, while we do not offer refunds, we do understand that emergency or extenuating circumstances may cause plans to change. In such cases, we do offer a “one-time only” complimentary rescheduling, where your preferred new booking date must be within 30 calendar days from your original booking date.

Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. Hence, please contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate.

Any other exceptions for additional rescheduling or rescheduling to a date beyond the allowed 30-calendar-day period will be on a case-by-case basis. Approval for these requests will be subject to our discretion and availability.
