Shipping & Fulfilment Policy
Order Processing
While we make every effort to fulfill your orders for you as quickly as we can, please allow us about 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your orders, before we hand them over to our third-party courier partners. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched, and the tracking information for your order will be provided to you accordingly.
Delivery Time
As we engage the services of various third-party courier delivery and logistics service providers, delivery times are estimates* and commence from the date of shipping or dispatch, instead of the date of order:West Malaysia: 1 to 7 working days
East Malaysia: 5 to 14 working days (subject to airline schedules and custom clearance*)
International: Please email your requests and/or requirements to us at scentateiler8@gmail.com.
* Delivery times will not be accurate should there be any interruptions not within our control, for example, custom delays, shipping delays prior to or during festive periods. However, if you do not receive your order after 14 working days, you may contact us at the email above and we can check for you.
Shipping Fees
We charge a flat delivery fee of RM10* for deliveries within Malaysia.* For delivery to West Malaysia, delivery fee will be waived for orders above RM120.
* For delivery to East Malaysia, delivery fee will be waived for orders above RM300.
Self Pick-Up
You may also choose to self pick-up at Scent Atelier (address below), free of delivery charges. If you have chosen the option for self pick-up, we will inform you when your order is ready for pick-up via WhatsApp and/or email. Collection time will be communicated to you accordingly.
